Voting on Network Fee Distribution

The second governance right is to determine how ImpactScope's network fees will be distributed. As mentioned, token-holders have in-built governance rights related to selecting offsetting projects and nominating green block producers.

Token holders will have the right to vote on how these funds should be distributed to green block producers and allocation to offsetting projects. They will not be able to vote on the distribution of any portion of the network fees to themselves or other token holders though.
