Nominating Green Block Producers

The third governance right is to nominate green block producers who are trusted entities that support sustainable practices when producing blocks on the blockchain.

These trusted entities are responsible for validating transactions on the blockchain every few seconds (or minutes depending upon implementation) thereby keeping each node up-to-date with all transactions occurring across every other node.
